FE:HE Interface Project - Central London Partnership

The FE:HE Interface Project is a Widening Participation Project based in Central London and is part of the Central London Partnership. It aims to support the successful progression to Higher Education of students from Further Education.

The project is pursuing two approaches:

•    The first is to find effective methods of bringing HE and FE together to encourage progression and retention for FE students.
•    The second is to bring staff from FE and HE together in order to ensure mutual understanding through curriculum and staff development.
This is a HEFCE funding project which will run until July 2006.
