Requesting a place on an activity If you would like to apply for a place one one of our programmes, then click one of the following links to complete an application form:  •  On-line application You will receive a copy of your application via e-mail immediately, and this is the method we would prefer you to use  •  Form in Adobe pdf format Print the form, complete it and post  •  Form in Microsoft Word format Print the form, complete it and post We will let you know quickly whether or not your application for a place has been successful.
